Mert ez a ragyogó énekesnőkkel kiegészülő francia duó, Marc Collin és Olivier Libaux kettőse úgy nosztalgikus, hogy egyetlen pillanatig sem ciki, és úgy tölti meg újra élettel a hetvenes-nyolcvanas évek punkját és újhullámát, hogy még az is átadja magát a varázsnak, aki egyébként zsigerből rühelli a nosztalgiát, a punkot, a bossa novát vagy a feldolgozásokat.

HC alapú dallamos, javarészt punk-os lendületű nótáik vannak.

Andrew Bird's Bowl of Fire albumok

Forget the violin. Forget the classical background. As troubadour Andrew Bird puts it, “At this point the violin just happens to be the instrument I have on hand to make the sounds that I hear. I like to abuse it and pull as many sounds out of it as I can.” Bird is a masterful and intuitive singer / songwriter, and what he does while performing—alternately plucking and bowing his violin, then immediately sampling the results, layering the sounds with guitar, whistling, glockenspiel and vocals—bears little resemblance to what most people might expect. It’s only one of several devices in his arsenal of instruments, melodies, and imaginative wordplay.

Taking on the role of bandleader, Bird released Thrills on Rykodisc in 1997 with his group Andrew Bird's Bowl of Fire, shortly followed by second album Oh! The Grandeur in 1998. Both albums were heavily influenced by traditional folk, pre-war jazz, and swing, with Bird relying on the violin as his primary musical instrument, as well as providing vocals along with his trademark verbose lyrics.

Izraeli metál alakulat. Van benne Rammstein, Soad, klezmer dalok dúdolhatósága illetve a mai ember gyors kirohanása, ám bajaira megoldást nem találó, vállat vonó, ám a felszín alatt tovább fortyogó dühödt kétlábú jószág zenei kivetülése. Ezeket a dalok intenzitásából szűrtem le leginkább. Yiddishül énekelnek, ami miatt már egyből adódik a Rammstein párhuzam.
